Do I need Visa Macau and Hong Kong?

I am a Myanmar 's passport holder.I live in Chiangmai.I wanna visit to Macau and Hong Kong.How should I do?

You need to apply for two separate visas for HK and Macau respectively. First, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form, proof of financial support, a passport-style photo taken recently, hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, and travel itinerary. Next, submit two applications to Chinese embassy.
