I have a RT ticket booked from the USA to Shanghai - arriving on a Monday and departing on a Friday. This is within the 144 hour window for free transit. But...I am planning to take a day trip to Beijing on Thursday before flying home from Shanghai on Friday. Am still able to make this visit without getting a Visa?
