voa to shenzen for 1 day trip (malaysian passport )

may i know can i apply my visa there at shenzen port ?
how much does it cost ?
what time the office open and the duration waiting time how long?

Hi, it's possible for you to get the Shenzhen VOA. It will cost you RMB168, and the opening time of the Luohu port is 7:00-23:30. You can get the result within ten minutes if only few people are waiting there.
