About:Chinese Embassy in Hungary

To apply for a visa in Budapest for a Spanish citizen

Hello,

Despite I am Spanish, I am living and working in Hungary (Debrecen). I have residence permit and all the legal documentation, is it possible for me to get a visa in Budapest using my Spanish passport??
