Leave airport

I'm from Honduras and my layover in Beijing is 22 hours so I want to go out of the airport my flight is from Taiwan to Beijing to Houston

Gerson, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing if you travel like that.
If you want to leave the airport, you can just apply for a temporary stay permit which is free of charge at the immigration office inside Beijing airport.
