About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72-hour Free VisaTransit in Peking

Hi there,
I will fly from Ireland to Japan.
I would like to use the 72-hours free transit in Beijing.
I know - I cannot leave the administrative area of the transit city.
My question - How large is that transit area? can I make an excursion to the big Chinese wall?
Is that in the transit area or not?

Andrea, it means that you can visit the whole Beijing city, including the Great Wall.
