About:China Transit Visa

HI, I am going to work on a ship in China

do I need a special visa to allow entry into Shanghai each time the ship returns and to enter and exit shanghai

Karen, yes, you need it. You can apply for a crew C type for that, but you’d better confirm that with the consular officers.
