About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Which number of entry is appropriate ?

I am going to china for a 3 month summer internship on an F visa (Canadian citizens). is it ok if i apply for multiple entries for up to 6 months. the "1 entry for up to 3 months" starts the day it is issued(around mid may) and I do not finish my internship until august 31. therefore it might expire before i complete my stay. Please advice .

Hi, the multiple-entry 6-month F type is okay for that.
If you apply for the single-entry 3-month F type, you can try to extend it within China for your summer internship.
