About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Planning to stay less than 72 hours in Beijing, China.

We are Australians and planning to stay in Mongolia for a few days, and then my wife and I are planning to fly to Beijing to catch a plane to Kuala Lumpur and to Brisbane, Australia. Are we eligible for 72 hr free transit visa in China? How easy is it to get this 72 hr visa? Thank you for your attention. Ujang

That's fine. Don't know what you mean by "how easy" it is since it's not a visa.
