About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

TPE-SH-TPE

If I am an American flying from Taipei-Shanghai-Taipei would I qualify? Or would that not qualify because I'm returning to Taipei instead of going to a third country?

Nikki, you don't qualify because you will return to Taipei instead of a third country.
