USA Hong Kong Beijing Hong Kong USA

I have a work trip in Hong Kong and booked a round trip flight in the middle of my trip to go see Beijing for 48 hours. I would be going back to Hong Kong before leaving to the USA. Is there a problem with this for the 72 hour vise free visit?
