i have a permit for one year student visamy school extended my stay for another year.

When I go get my permit, do I need all the paperwork again (physical examination etc)? Also does it take same amount of time? Any way I can do it faster?

Yes, Veronika, you need to provide all the documents including your passport, temporary residence permit, the completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, admission notice, physical examination and JW form, and other required documents.The processing usually takes 15 working days, and there is no rush service for that.
