hi i am from algeria now im studying in china i want to go to mongolia for tourist how can i get the mongolian visa from china, or if its possible to apply for it online?

Sais, you need to provide valid passport, a fully completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, round trip air tickets and hotel booking record, and your residence permit in China. Next, submit the application to Mongolian embassy to apply for Mongolian tourist visa.I’m afraid you cannot apply for it online.
