HK visa in UK for Vietnamese citizen in London

Hi I have a Vietnamese passport and I'm living in London. I'm going to HongKong in 2 weeks and I have submitted my application to Chinese Embassy in London but they told me they would need to send my documents back to HK. How long does it normally take to process?
