About:China Flight

lost carry on

Original itinerary: January 15, 2017 Delta Airlines JFK>Seattle>Korea>Manila -

Due to icing conditions in JFK, we missed our connecting flight in Seattle to Korea. We had to catch another one, and got rerouted to Beijing.
When we arrived Beijing, went to customs then proceeded to pick up our checked in luggage.  Due to my bad back, my husband took my hand carry.
When we left Security/Xray, we thought we had all our luggage with us. We then boarded the bus to go to the next terminal for our connecting trip to Manila realizing that my hand carry was missing. We traced our steps back to the terminal we came from and went to lost and found. Nothing there. Communicating with airport personnel was difficult as no one spoke English. Finally we found someone who was kind enough to write down in Chinese what we were looking for and that, we had to go back to security/xray to look for my carryon. Unfortunately, it wasn't there and the security personnel wasn't helpful either.

I would like to know if you can help me check if my carryon appeared in Lost and Found. It is a small black polyester American Tourister  luggage with rollers. I have my laptop, ipod, camera, coach bag and other things in there. Would you let me know? Thank you and appreciate all the help you can give.
