Is Shilin west train station more closer to the stone forest than Kunming East station ?

Am travelling from Guangzhou to Kunmming by train and would stay there for one day. I am planning to visit the Stone Forest .My question is which train station,Shilin west or Kunmming East would be closest to Stone Forest?
