About:China Eastern Airlines

Query about transit through shanghai (PVG)

I am traveling on China eastern fron Seoul >> shanghai >> New delhi.
I have following querries.
1. Is 2.5 hrs difference between flights is enough for transit?
2. Do I need to collect and recheck in my luggage??
3. How much English friendly is the airport and is staff cooperative??
4. What is usual process for international transit?? any website or details available??

The time seems a little limited, but still possible. You need to collect the luggage and recheck it in Shanghai. The luggage collection should be within 45min.
