About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My Chinese daughter is ten years old. Can I get a Q2 family reunion visa?

I am 61. Dutch citizen. My daughter is ten years old. Chinese citizen. I am not married to her mother. She goes to boarding school in Wuxi (her hukou is in Guizhou). Can I get a Q2 family reunion? Thank You.
