Beijing to Lanzhou or Linxia

Hi , my wife and I plan to fly from Beijing to Lanzhou or Linxia on the morning of 10 May 2017, stay one night and then continue our trip to Dun Huang the following afternoon , using plane , train or bus ( overnight service is also o.k) which ever is convenient. We plan to stay in Dun Huang for 02 nights . On the 14 afternoon or evening we will depart Dun Huang for another city where we will stay for a night before returning to Beijing. Our flight home to Kuala Lumpur is confirmed on 17 May
I hope you can give us some information and suggestions on how to improve our travel plan

Hello, actually, your travel plan is awesome. From Langzhou to Dunhuang, you are advised to take the train. In this way, you can enjoy the beautiful views along the the route. After touring around, you can visit Urumqi before returning to Beijing. Have a nice journey!
