About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My wife is studying on a Chinese university.

She has a 2 years student X type and a residence permit. Can I get a visa to stay with her in china? My student X type expires in September and I don't want to study anymore. Looking for the way to stay with her until she finishes her studies. I'm from Poland btw.

Yes, you can try to change your current X type to an S type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China.
