Dear friends, I am a foreign citizen working in Samara

and on monday I am going to Moscow to apply for Bussiness F type\. I would like to apply an urgent service so that I dont have to stay in Moscow for 5 days as I have to work. My questions are:
1)If I will apply on monday, will I be able to receive my visa on tuesday morning?
2)What will be the processing fee for urgent+foreign passport?

your immediate help will be appreciated.
I forget to ask one important thing. Can I be able to pay the fee at the Embassy? or I have to pay through bank?
