U.S passport holder 21 hr delay xiamen

I'm a U.S citizen with a passport heading to Bali Indonesia we transit in Xiamen I'll be there 21 hours where do I get the 24hr visa pass? Or how do I go about that

You can get it from the immigration officer inside the airport. Go to the office directly and providing your passport, the onward ticket and valid visa for Indonesia to apply for the temporary stay permit.
