Arriving at Chengdu Shuangliu Airport at 23h50. Will there still be buses running?

If not, could you tell me how much it would be for a taxi to this address : JAHO Forstar Hotel Wenshuyuan Branch?

Yes, according to your landing time, you can still take airport shuttle bus line 1 and get off at Second Section of South Renmin 2nd Road. The service hours of this bus line will until the last flight arrival. Then take a taxi to your hotel. The cab fare is around CNY 20. If you wanna take a cab from airport to hotel directly, it would cost CNY 70-80.
