Well, first of all, you need to arrive at the airport at least two hours in advance. You are advised to take bus no.A21 at Haiphong Road, Nathan Road, and get off at Airport (Terminal One). It takes around 65 mins. And the ticket fare is 33 HKD per person. Thus according to this information, you can leave TST at around 20:00.
