About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I have a layover in Guangzhou for 4hours and Qingdao for 2h50m.

My passport is a Philippine passport but I am a Canadian Permanent Resident. Would I still be able to qualify for the visa-free transit?

If you will travel like country A-Guangzhou-Qingdao-country B, you will be able to use the 24 hour direct transit in China. And then no visa will be needed.
