About:Chinese Calendar

I am finishing my certification for Property Management because my family is buying property

Am I going to be reliable and be able to do well? I really want it to work out because we have never had a family business before. Is it good to work with my family members? Will there be any aggressions? I am the year of a dog born in 1994.
