Can you travel from Shangri-la to Lugu Lake without going back to Lijiang?

Hello, as I know, there is no direct public transportation from there to Lugu Lake. You need to go to Lijiang first. Thus you are advised to change the travel plan. You can visit Lijiang secondly and put the Lugu Lake as your destination. In this way, you will save money and time.0
