Dear, in principle, you qualify for the 72 hour free transit in Guangzhou, but as you just transit for 10 hours, you may be required to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at Guangzhou airport. Afterwards, you can leave the airport to explore the city.
