And have a layover of almost 7 hours.
My questions are: 1. Do I need to claim our baggage? 2. Is there a place where we can stay and eat for the duration of our stay in the airport? 3. What are the procedures we need to go through? 4. My companion are 1 senior citizen and 2 kids is there a wheelchair available for my mother?

1. You don’t need to claim your baggage. If you purchase the interline tickets, your baggage will be sent to the last destination directly.
2. Yes, there are so many restaurants and other shops in the airport. So you can enjoy some food during your layover.
3. You will have an international to international transfer at T3. The procedures are as following.
Arrival – Transfer Procedures – Border Inspection – Security Check – Custom Inspection – Waiting & Boarding
4. Yes, there is a free wheelchair service at T3. You can apply one by calling the hotline 010-96158.
