London to Nagoya with a Stopover In Beijing Capital Airport (Only 1 h 10 minutes to change)

I am flying from Heathrow to Nagoya with a Stopover in PEK. My layover connection is 1h 10 mins as I arrive at 15.50 and my next flight is at 17.00. Both flights are with Air China.

Firstly, will my baggage go through to the connecting flight (meaning I dont have to worry about it)
Secondly, is this enough time to make my flight?
Thirdly, what happena if I miss my flight and my baggage goes without me?

Kind Regards

Yes, you can make this international to international transfer at T3 of PEK. As I know, this airline provides luggage check through service. You don't need to collect and reclaim them at PEK. If your baggage fails to reach your destination on time or is damaged, you can tell the airline baggage service counter in the terminal building. The staff will assist you to the largest extent possible. For more details, you can dial +86 95583 and contact Air China.
