My wife and I are U.S. citizens and will be cruising next year from Singapore to Tianjin.

Upon completion of the cruise, we would like to spend a couple of days in Beijing before flying back to the U.S.
Do we need a visa for this and if so, what type is needed and what is the best way to obtain one?
