About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA - Beijing - Shanghai - Hong Kong - USA Transit

I am planning to visit Beijing for 3 days then Shanghai for next 3 days then fly to Hong Kong.

Am I qualified for 72 Free Hour Transit in Beijing and 144 Free hour Transit in Shanghai?
