About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Sydney - Tokyo - shanghai - Singapore (transit) - sydney

Hi,

I am planing to visit Tokyo and shanghai before returning to Sydney via Singapore (transit only ) will I be qualified for the 144 hrs visa free entry ?
