About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

USA to SHANGHAI to HONG KONG to USA

I am traveling from USA to shanghai, staying for 5 days in Shanghai then flying to Hong Kong and staying a week before flying back to US. Do I qualify for the 144 hour visa free program
