About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

For a regular visa (3month visitors visa) a passport with at least 6 months(till expiry) is required

Does this same rule apply for someone who is transiting on a 72hr visa? Or do you just need a passport that is valid for the duration of stay?

Thanks

It is not that strict when it comes to the 72 hour free transit. You may still be able to use the 72 hour free transit if your passport validity if less than 5 months. You need to make sure that your passport is valid, and the validity should exceed the duration of stay.
