Transit visa, less than 24H, for Saudi passport holders, how much it cost?

I am travelling from Vancouver to Dubai, I have found a good deal on Air China, transit through Beijing,

Jalal, if so, you can use the 24 hour direct transit in Beijing. It is free of charge.
