Ok so...my flight from Houston, TX gets to Beijing at 4:00AM, I have a 3 hour layover, and then fly into HKG by 11:00AM where i will be staying with my uncle. Then I will be flying from HKG the following day at 1:30PM to Tokyo. Do I qualify for 72 hour free Transit?
