About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Flight home via Ukraine

I am flying Irkutsk to Beijing and then within 72 hours departing Beijing back to my home country uk. However it is via Ukraine, with a 2 hour layover in Kiev. Am I therefore entitled to the thrhird country 72 hour transit visa exemption?
