My flight estimated arrival time in Xi'an Airport is around 11.15pm. What, where and how much is the public bus to take from the airport to Ramada Hotel along Bei Da Jie. Alternatively, is there a reasonably priced taxi service from the airport to the hotel and how much?

Upon arrival, you can take shuttle bus Xishaomen line to Airport Business Hotel at first. The ticket fare is CNY25/person. Then take a taxi to your hotel directly, which usually costs CNY15 - 20 at night.If you prefer to take taxi to your hotel directly, it usually cost CNY150 - 160 at night.
