from kunming airport bus to train station what is the price ticket?

One of you reply that the sales counter open 7/24 which I know is an wrong information. I was at Xian and arrived at 4.00am in the morning and we take a taxi to the station and found out is close. Can you clarify and is the KM station be open until late nights. As my flight arrived at 17.00pm and is that possible to catch 21.20 or last train at 22.20pm to Lijiang.
