Where can I apply my new passport in Sydney Chinese consulate or visa center?

My name is Qing Xia. My passport will expired on March 2019. Can I apply a new passport so that I can use e-pass when come back to China. Thanks.

You should apply for it from Chinese consulate in Sydney and then you can use e-pass when comeing back to China.
