American living in Japan

I am an American passport holder living in Fukushima Japan. I would like to go mainland China for a short 10 day trip. Can I mail my application documents to the Niigata Consulate General Office?

Katie, I’m afraid you cannot mail the application to Niigata Consulate General office. You need to submit the application in person or find someone else to do that for you.
