About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Ok to fly in from another country?

We are US citizens flying from NY to Cambodia, then Cambodia to Shanghai Pudong (68 hours between arrival and next departure), then from Pudong to Singapore. Do we qualify for the exemption, arriving from Cambodia, not the US?
