About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Hello, We will go to Korea on next week from Singapore to Korea with China Eastern Airline.

But we have to transit about 5 hrs in Shanghai Pudoug Airport. (from Singapore >> PVG >> Korea)
same airline and same terminal(arrival and departure of PVG) but different flight.

My questions are:
1) Do we need to out from immigration even through we are just for transit?
2) if we need to out,do we need visa and need to pick up our check in luggage and recheck our bags when we re-enter ?

According to your situation, it is an international to international transfer both in T1 at PVG.
You don't need to do the immigration. Besides, if you wanna leave the trasit area, you don't need to have a visa. You can enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy because your stopover is just 5 hours. However, you need to apply for a stay permit at the airport if you wanna leave the transit zone.
BTW, the correct transfer procedures are the following:
Confirm Onward Boarding Pass - Check-in & Quarantine - Immigration - Security Check - International Concourse - Boarding
Five hours are enough for you to catch the next flight. Don't worry. :)
