Is 1 China tourist visa ok for a trip from Sweden to China, then Hong Kong, then China, then Sweden?

When you return from HK to Shanghai and then go back to Sweden, if your transit time in Shanghai is not more than 144 hours, you don't need the transit permit. Thanks Teddy. I will be in China a total of 2 weeks and plan to go to Hong Kong for 3 nights within that time. So if I go to Hong Kong and have no more than 144 hours between when I leave Hong Kong and when I fly back to Sweden from Shanghai, I should be ok with only the China tourist visa? It sounds like I need to plan the trip to Hong Kong at the end of my 2 weeks then. Thanks for your help!
