About:China Visa on Arrival

China visa from HK

Hi guys. I am from a Philippine passport holder, currently residing in Germany. I would like to visit China in April for less than 3 weeks. I cannot apply for a Chinese entry permit in Germany because my residence permit expires in just under 6 months. Is it possible to apply for it in Hong kong instead?

Thank you.

I advise you to first try to apply from Germany. If you fail, you can try to apply from HK. In principle, if you don't have HK residence permit, you cannot apply from there.
