I will reach Shanghai Pudong Airport at 12.30 hrs.

How much time and fare it will take to reach Mercure Hongqiao?

You must refer to Grand Mercure Hongqiao Hotel, right? Will you land at 12:30 at noon? If yes, take subway line 2 from PVG to Loushanguan Road Station, Exit 2. The whole way takes around 75 mins. And it costs CNY 7 per person. Then take a taxi to your hotel. The cab fare is around CNY 15.
