I'm going to be coming from Manila, Philippines to Guangzhou.

Then I need to catch my next flight going to Vancouver, Canada. I'm reading all the information above:
c) From international flight to international one:
Get off the plane → Report to airport transfer desk → Wait for boarding in Departure Hall

What is the procedure to getting to the departure hall? Because I understand I need to take some form of transit to get to the other side?Is there any other steps I need to follow for international flights? Help please and thank you!
