Vancouver ->Guangzhou by flight, then Guangzhou -> Hong Kong by direct train

I am holding a Canadian passport
Will like to travel
from Vancouver ->Guangzhou by flight and will stay for five days,
then Guangzhou -> Hong Kong by direct train, with booking confirmation and stay in Hong kong for couple days
Then Hong Kong to Guangzhou by direct train, and leaving Guangzhou to Vancouver in the same day.

Can I apply both 144hours visa free transit and 24hours free transit to my two visits to Guangzhou?
