Documents to visit Hong Kong from Shenzhen and return to Shenzhen

I have a U.S. passport and have a visa for visiting China. I'll be in Shenzhen and would like to be a tourist in Hong Kong for a day or two, then return to Shenzhen. What documents will I need? Thank you!
